Looks like a pretty pencil. Too bad you're not happy. Hope you're happier now. It is a Saturday after all. And as far as realism goes, that's pretty spiff. No duh it doesn't look like a photograph, but that's still pretty dang close. I bet people would recognize him. I like his hair.
