I liked the clouds I did on my last deviation xD.. so I saved a copy of just the background. It took a while because I kept on painting over certain areas cause I didn't like the effect
. I'm really not adept at manipulating the smudge tool, so it leaves me at quite a disadvantage in terms of techniques I can use to create clouds... Time: 58 mins

Program: chibipaint
I'm trying to paint a peacock on my nails with nail polish but it's not going so well ;_;... I might just go for acrylic paint or do something easier instead xD..
